Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original Sistaco™ packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship It Back
Send your return package to our designated distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
